Labor, Kansas Department of (KDOL)
The Kansas Department of Labor was created in 2004 by Executive Order no. 31. The former name was Kanas Department of Human Resources. Their duties include operating unemplyment insurance programs, workers compensation program, enforcing wage and hour laws, and child labor laws.
